وفد مطار الكويت الدولي يزور الولايات المتحدة الأميركية

In implementation of the terms of the Letter of Intent signed between the Directorate General of Civil Aviation and the United States Transportation Security Administration (TSA), emanating from the strategic dialogue between the State of Kuwait and the United States of America, a delegation from Kuwait International Airport headed by the Deputy Director-General of Aviation Safety and Air- Transport at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation – Eng./ Emad Al-Jalawi and the membership of the Chief Executive Officer of Kuwait Airways Company - Eng./ Kamel Al-Awadhi, Director of Airport Security Department at the Ministry of Interior Major General/ Walid Al-Saleh and Director of Civil Aviation Security Department at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation Eng./ Fahed Al-Enezi. During this visit, the delegation observed the security measures at New York Airport (JFK), visited the headquarters of United States Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in Washington DC. As well as the Security Checks & Research Center, and met with the concerned departments to coordinate future collaboration in all fields of civil aviation security.

تنفيذا لبنود خطاب النوايا الموقع بين الإدارة العامة للطيران المدني وإدارة أمن النقل الأمريكية TSA المنبثق من الحوار الاستراتيجي بين دولة الكويت والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، قام وفد من مطار الكويت الدولي برئاسة نائب المدير العام لشئون سلامة الطيران والنقل الجوي في الادارة العامة للطيران المدني المهندس / عماد الجلوي وعضوية كل من الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة الخطوط الجوية الكويتية المهندس / كامل العوضي ومدير ادارة أمن المطار في وزارة الداخلية اللواء / وليد الصالح ومدير إدارة أمن الطيران المدني بالإدارة العامة للطيران المدني المهندس / فهد العنزي . وتم في هذه الزيارة الوقوف على الإجراءات الأمنية بمطار نيويورك JFK وزيارة مقر إدارة أمن النقل الأمريكية TSA في واشنطن D.C ومركز الإختبارات والبحوث الأمنية ، كما تم الإجتماع مع الإدارات المعنية للتنسيق للتعاون المستقبلي في جميع أصعدة أمن الطيران المدني.
