الروضان التقى مسؤولي "الطيران المدني" و"النقابة" وحثهما على التواصل

Minister of Commerce & Industry and State Minister for Services Affairs Mr./ Khaled Al-Roudan met with the officials of both the Civil Aviation and its Labor Union. The meeting was attended by the Acting Director-General of Civil Aviation - Mr./ Emad Al-Jalawi, president of Civil Aviation Labor Union – Mr./ Jaber Al-Azemi and members of the Union’s Board of Directors. The two sides "the Administration and the Union" affirmed their agreement on the need to include all employees in the “Unified Allowance” which is claimed by the Union, stressing that it is an acquired demand all staff of Civil Aviation. They added that the “Unified Allowance” proposal addresses many of the financial entitlements of Civil Aviation staff. The joint statement between the Administration and the Union affirmed the importance of functions entrusted to the Civil Aviation staff who represents Kuwait's first gate for those arriving from abroad. The statement added that H.E. the Minister has directed the Civil Aviation to follow up these claims and hold the necessary meetings with the officials of Civil Service Commission. The joint statement pointed out that the Minister has stressed the importance of continuous communication between the leadership of both the Civil Aviation and the Union for the public interest, pointing out that the Civil Aviation facility is among the most important facilities of the country and its staff represents the front of Kuwait.

التقى وزير التجارة والصناعة ووزير الدولة لشؤون الخدمات خالد الروضان بمسؤولي الطيران المدني ونقابة العاملين في الطيران المدني. وحضر الاجتماع مدير عام الطيران المدني بالإنابة م.عماد الجلوي ، ورئيس نقابة العاملين في الطيران المدني جابر العازمي وأعضاء مجلس إدارة النقابة. وأكد الجانبان"الإدارة والنقابة" اتفاقهما على ضرورة شمول جميع الموظفين بالبدل الموحد الذي تطالب به النقابة، مؤكدين انه مطلب مستحق لجميع موظفي الطيران المدني. وأضافا ان مقترح البدل الموحد يعالج الكثير من الاستحقاقات المالية لموظفي الطيران المدني. واكد البيان المشترك بين الإدارة والنقابة على أهمية الأعمال الموكلة لموظفي الطيران المدني وأنهم يمثلون بوابة الكويت الأولى للقادمين من الخارجوأضاف البيان ان معالي الوزير وجه الطيران المدني لمتابعة هذه المطالبات وعقد الاجتماعات اللازمة مع مسؤولي ديوان الخدمة المدنية ، و ذكر إلى أن البدل الموحد هو مطلب مستحق. واوضح البيان المشترك ان الوزير اكد على اهمية التواصل الدائم بين قيادة الطيران المدني والنقابة لما فيه الصالح العام، لافتا إلى أن مرفق الطيران المدني من اهم مرافق البلاد و موظفوه يمثلون واجهة الكويت.
