توحيد البدلات للعاملين بنظام النوبة في المطار وبرج المراقبة والرادار
Directorate General of Civil Aviation announced on Saturday the unification of allowances for the staff operating according to duty-shift system at Kuwait International Airport, control tower and radar. In a press statement, the Director-General of Civil Aviation - Mr./ Yousef Al-Fouzan said that the Civil Service Council has issued a decision last Thursday stipulating unification of the allowances and working-hours for all staff operating according to duty-shift system at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. Mr./ Al-Fouzan explained that the new decision of the Service Council (No. 35 of 2019) stipulates disbursement of new duty-shift allowances for the air-traffic controllers operating at the control tower and radar. He pointed out that the work-system of the air-controllers who were not receiving duty-shift allowances in the past, will be 8 hours in the morning, then 8 hours in the evening, and then 8 hours at night followed by two rest-days. Mr./ Al-Fouzan revealed that the work-system for the staff operating at Kuwait International Airport staff will be 8 hours in the morning, 8 hours in the evening, and 8 hours at night followed by one rest-day instead of 24 hours of work followed by 48 hours of rest. He added that this system will "provide stability for the staff, clarity with respect to working-hours required from each employee, provide better organization in terms of specifying the duties of each shift, and grant opportunity to focus more on rendering distinct services to passengers at Kuwait International Airport." Mr./ Al-Fouzan extended his thanks to His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah for his "support and understanding" as he was supportive of the demands of the Directorate and its employees, the matter which resulted in disbursing allowances for the air-traffic controllers, mainly because they have not received any allowance for the past four years. He also extended his thanks to the Minister of Commerce & Industry and State Minister for Services Affairs – Mr./ Khaled Al-Roudan and the members of the Civil Service Council for endorsing these allowances and unifying them for all staff operating according to duty-shift system at the airport, control tower and radar. Mr./ Al-Fouzan welcomed any new demands by the Union of Civil Aviation Workers, stressing that the doors of the management are open to hear any viewpoints that would improve the work and preserve the staff rights and privileges.
اعلنت الادارة العامة للطيران المدني اليوم السبت توحيد البدلات للعاملين بنظام النوبة في مطار الكويت الدولي وبرج المراقبة والرادار.وقال المدير العام/يوسف الفوزان في تصريح صحفي ان مجلس الخدمة المدنية اصدر الخميس الماضي قرارا يقضي بتوحيد البدلات وساعات العمل لجميع العاملين بنظام النوبة في الإدارة العامة للطيران المدني.واوضح الفوزان ان قرار مجلس الخدمة الجديد (رقم 35 لسنة 2019) يحدد صرف بدلات نوبة جديدة للمراقبين الجويين العاملين في برج المراقبة والرادار.وبين ان نظام العمل للمراقبين الذين كانوا في السابق لا يتقاضون بدلات للنوبة سيكون 8 ساعات صباحية ثم 8 ساعات مسائية ثم 8 ساعات ليلية يعقبها يومان راحة.وذكر الفوزان أن نظام العمل للعاملين في مطار الكويت الدولي سيكون 8 ساعات صباحية ثم 8 ساعات مسائية ثم 8 ساعات ليلية يعقبها يوم راحة بدلا من 24 ساعة عمل يعقبها 48 ساعة راحة.وذكر ان هذا النظام "سيوفر استقرارا للموظفين ووضوح في ساعات العمل المطلوبة لكل موظف وسيضفي مزيدا من التنظيم في تحديد المسؤوليات لكل نوبة ويمنح الفرصة لتركيز اكثر على تقديم الخدمات المميزة للركاب في مطار الكويت الدولي".وتوجه الفوزان بالشكر الجزيل لسمو الشيخ جابر المبارك الحمد الصباح رئيس مجلس الوزراء على "دعمه وتفهمه" اذ كان داعما لمطالب الادارة وموظفيها مما أثمر عن صرف بدلات المراقبين الجويين خاصة انهم لا يتقاضون اي بدل منذ اربع سنوات.كما وجه الشكره الى وزير التجارة والصناعة ووزير الدولة لشؤون الخدمات خالد الروضان والوزراء أعضاء مجلس الخدمة المدنية على اقرارهم لهذه البدلات وتوحيدها لجميع العاملين بنظام النوبة في المطار وبرج المراقبة والرادار.ورحب الفوزان بأي مطالبات جديدة لنقابة العاملين في الطيران المدني مؤكدا ان ابواب الادارة مفتوحة لسماع أي وجهات نظر ما من شأنها تطوير العمل والمحافظة على حقوق ومكتسبات الموظفين.
