Civil Aviation Holds a Meeting with The Representatives of Airline Companies

Directorate General of Civil Aviation held a meeting with the Council of Representatives of the airline companies operating at Kuwait International Airport, which was headed by Deputy Director-General for Aviation Safety & Air-Transport Affairs - Eng. Emad Faleh Al-Jalawi. During the meeting, Eng. Al-Jalawi made a brief presentation on the developmental projects already executed and those under execution currently by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, to improve the infrastructure and services at Kuwait International Airport. Eng. Al-Jalawi showed examples of the investment and operational costs incurred by the DGCA, part of which - according to the rules and regulations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) – must be restored in an airport services fees form, which is currently underway in the Directorate as modification to those fees. This consultative meeting comes in line with the policies of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in this respect.
