Kuwait signs aviation agreement with Nicaragua

Kuwait signed an "initials" agreement with Nicaragua to regulate aviation services, the first of its kind between the two countries. The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the 40th session of the General Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in Montreal, Canada, on Thursday evening.
